Khokhloma Wallpaper

Khokhloma wallpaper brings the rhythmic curves of Slavic folk art to your interior. Defined by trails of wild berries, curling foliage, and meadow blossoms, the designs rest against solid black or saturated red backgrounds. The flat prints capture traditional lacquer painting through warm printed gold tones, vibrant scarlet, and grassy greens. Because the botanical patterns move continuously across the wall, they give small and large spaces an immediate sense of warmth and energy.

The deep backgrounds pair naturally with walnut furniture, warm ambient lighting, and simple woven fabrics that let the ornate brushwork take center stage. This style makes a striking backdrop for an entryway, a dining alcove, or a study. Each Walldora design is printed to your wall measurements in numbered 25-inch panels, which helps keep the intricate vines aligned. You can also test the contrast in your room light with a 12 by 12 inch sample before hanging the full pattern.
