Do I measure the wall or the paper?
The wall: widest and tallest point, rounded up to the inch. Leave skirting and trim in. Every panel is printed with a small trim margin so you can align it on site. You are not charged for the margin.
What if my wall isn't a rectangle?
Measure the largest rectangle that covers it. For sloped ceilings, bays and stairwells, ask Dora or send us a photo and we will mark the panel plan.
Which finish should I choose?
Peel & Stick if you rent or might change your mind. Nonwoven for a permanent, wipeable finish. Fabric where you want texture and depth. A $20 sample settles it.
Can I keep a design I made in the Studio?
It's yours. We print it for you and never sell it to anyone else, unless you choose to share it in Community Designs. Your Studio designs stay in your account.
How long does it take?
Everything is printed to order and ships in 1–3 business days. Shipping is free worldwide.
What if it arrives wrong?
If it arrives damaged, or the print or the cut is wrong, we replace it. Made-to-measure orders can't be returned for a change of mind: that's what samples and See it on my wall are for.
