Processing time

Every order is printed to order and ships within 1–3 business days. Designs that need your approval, from Design Studio or Design my wall, ship within 1–3 business days of your approval.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free, worldwide.

Duties and taxes

Import duties are included in the price: you won't be asked to pay anything more when your order is delivered. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What arrives

Your wallpaper arrives as panels, numbered in the order they hang, with an install guide and a smoothing tool.

Lost parcels

If your parcel doesn't arrive, tell us. We'll check with the courier, and if it's lost we reprint and reship your order at no charge.

Design tools

Design Studio Describe a pattern and Dora designs it. Steer the colors, the scale and the repeat. Design my wall Send a photo of the wall. Dora designs for that exact wall, its light and its corners. See it on my wall Try any design on a photo of your own wall, at the size you're ordering. Customize any design Pick a design in the catalog and tap Customize to change its colors or scale.

Designing is free. You pay only when you order it printed.
